Great customer service & communication. Efficient work and they were even able to come this afternoon, rather than first thing tomorrow. AND Patrick was able to work through the 10in wide opening through the cabinet & it only took him about 45 mins!
Super impressed with Peoria Heights Plumbing! I had a pretty good leak on my water heater. I called several places and was told it was going to at least be next Wednesday or Thursday before they could come. One place did show up and quoted some ridiculous price ( more than double of Peoria Heights Plumbing. In fact almost triple) and said I needed all kinds of additional work that would cost even more. I called Peoria Heights Plumbing about 2pm and the new water heater was installed within 2 hours from the time I called. They didn’t try to upsell anything and said it would be no problem to get it replaced today. So friendly and fast! They were able to give a ballpark price over the phone and the final bill was darn close to what they quoted. I will be using them again in the future and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!!
I had toilets and faucets replaced in my bathrooms. Andy did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!!
