Absolutely love getting infusions here! Nurses are amazing, and they are good at their job. I would definitely recommend coming here. I have been countless times, and it is always a good experience.

I walked in as a first time patient and felt like a celebrity! The staff was so kind. I was offered drinks and snacks (since it would be a while), and they really cared for my individual needs. I have a fear of needles, so I was anxious for this appt. They handled it all very well and made it easy for me to relax. I want all my needles to be done here :)

This is hands-down the best hospital in Peoria. Now, just because it's the best out of the 3 hospitals overall does not mean that all the nurses and doctors are excellent. Some are better than others. And some are just downright average or terrible. I have just had consistently better overall treatment (check-in, waiting rooms, medical assistants, nurses, doctors, treatment rooms, treatment, and check-out) throughout the years at Saint Francis. They have the best cafeteria food as well and some excellent pie. Long wait times though especially in the emergency department. They are probably the busiest hospital in Peoria. If you want to get seen sooner in the ER, go to Methodist or Proctor.
