Walked in the office on Knoxville today and the young lady with long brown hair at the first seat didn’t even know I was standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER for a few minutes because she was on her phone. Then when I told her I was now late for my appointment she took forever to check me and my baby in. I usually wouldn’t write a review but this is not her first time. The two times I have been there she seems to be preoccupied. My first time there the black lady was on the phone and she wasn’t so I naturally went to the first window to get checked in. The Patient Access Associate was extremely rude and engaged in a verbal argument with my wife while she was attempting to set up an appointment. This type of behavior should NOT be allowed in any environment.

Staff at front desk makes it feel as you are an inconvenience. I went both for edema clinic and pt. Edema clinic is a waste of time. I ended up cancelling 3 out of 5 appointments because it was more of a sales pitch. I went looking for therapeutic massage and techniques I could use at home. It seemed she was more interested in selling me pumps and garments I didn’t want. Also the floor is filthy and I know this bc I had to walk back to my chair with no socks on.
PT lady had be keep showing her what I could do on the first day. Running up and down utility stairs, etc. I couldn’t move the next day. I cancelled all the other with her, and will have me Dr...read full review
