Aqua Zumba is my favorite activity and therapy combined! The peppy music motivates me and the splash-dancing has kept me in shape throughout my dramatic weight loss, enabling me to stay 120 pounds lighter than I was in 2015. No injuries and just plain fun! The AquaPlex is Peoria’s jewel, especially the Lazy River, where you can run, walk or dance without wrecking your knees, hips, feet or back joints.

All the class instructors are amazing and kind people! I absolutely adore the aqua Zumba instructor! Hey energy and joy is infectious. Even exhausted you can’t help but smile with her!
