I just bought a laptop for 2/3's of what the company I work for was going to charge with my employee discount. I brought in the specs and they're building it to suit my needs.

I use Nerds on Call all the time. They're fast, they give accurate estimates and they don't do additional work without a phone call first. Best of all, they're honest. There are times when they'll tell me the cost of the repair will be more than the machine is worth. That means a lot and that's why I keep going back.

They acted professionally, questions ask were relevant to what I was trying to achieve achieve by being there. Service was very prompt, prices were discussed as well as a time frame for repair. I will use their services again and do recommend them for hardware computer issues. Friendly, prompt, professional and knowledgeable!
