The job was pretty simple; however, I had spent a couple of hours trying to do it myself. Mohamed was able to do it in a few minutes. Simply the fact he showed up within the time and DID get the job done. The cost estimate was a bit pricy, but he did get the job done when Nicor dropped the ball and several other couldn’t be bothered.

The service was really good. Two groups were sent: the first group (Mark McGrath and another person) is to drain the water and snake the drain pipe; the second group (Jason W.) is to use camera to look inside the drain system to fully understand the issue. Very thorough work and low cost. Highly recommend!

Adam H. with Mr. Rooter did an amazing job fixing my leaking shower head. I am no longer experiencing leaking from the shower head and it is working even better than it was prior to Adam completing the job! He was extremely knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner.
