Absolutely horrible company to work for, I do not recommend working for this company, they clock you out to " teach you a lesson" worked there 10 months with 1 raise with promise of 3. Under pays you for they amount of work they expect. I tried putting in my 2 weeks because of the way he handles his business and employees and he fired me and my family. I was a lead for 10 months with the pay of 12 an hour and after a year of getting 28 buildings cleaned he brings in 2 people from another contract that he had lost and 1 person with 9 years less experience as a supervisor than me paying HIM at least 4 dollars more
