After our roof started leaking on our home in East Peoria we had Feldco and Erie out. They both took up hours of our time, ran us through the same song and dance that they give everyone, and told us we needed a new roof.Jonah from Kreiling came out and was personable, and far more knowledgeable than the salesman for the nation wide companies. He walked us through our options and gave us an estimate for repairs and for a replacement.Whether we go for a roof repair or a replacement, we will be choosing Kreiling simply because of how honest and personable they were.

Jake, Bob, and their crew did a very good job in replacing our roof. They were very professional and courteous - their competence was and is obvious as they dealt with our slightly different roof configuration. After calling numerous roofing contractors to look at a problem with two flat rubber type roofs, I called Kreiling. When they came out the guys were great. Communicated every step of the way. When a portion of the work was more involved than a quick fix they gave their recommendation, headed to the shop to get the right products to fix, and someone from the office called to give a quote on cost. This is what I wanted. Fix it like you would on your mom's house. The guys also told me about another area that I need to have addressed on the roof. Going to call and line that work up.
