Joes’s were super busy today, so i had a lil bit of a wait for a tow, but when Jon arrived he was very nice and diligent. VERY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE It made up for the long wait!

My car stalled on a busy street before 6am and the tow truck driver was there about 10 minutes after I called and got me towed quickly. He even handled my 4yr old daughters inquisitive nature to the unhooking process very well. Very grateful for the ease during a stressful ordeal.
