It's been a long time since I've been to Penny's. The store is clean and well stocked. It's in a mall so plenty of free handicap parking and entrance. The biggest change I noticed was two employees on the floor to handle everything. The decline is evident, makes me sad.

I went to JC Penney to look for a Christmas gift for my wife, left out with a GREAT gift and a unexpected great price for what I brought. My sales person was a great help and very knowledgeable in the jewelry department where I was looking! Thank you for being JC PENNEY!

Really nice variety and options. It was great to see it busy, but the checkout line in the upstairs was too long and not moving. We were able to finagle a different way to check out, but that was pretty rough on those who had to wait and wait
