Called Hoerr carpet to come out to clean our carpet on our stairs. They were able to come out within a week of me calling. Colt was our technician and he was great. He did a great job cleaning them and cleaning up afterwards. I will definitely be having them come back for future work.

Colt very cooperative. We sat down to lunch and he agreed to have his so we could. Great new equipment that dried our carpet enough to replace things almost immediately. Got estimate over phone and after adjusting for area I forgot it was what I expected. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
