I was with one of the partners at Gorenz and Associates for 10 years and was very happy with the service he provided. However, that person retired, and one of the younger partners took over my account. After 3 years of poor communication with that person, as well as another partner and a bookkeeper, all of whom failed to resolve issues or ignored them outright, and demonstrated unprofessional behavior, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.
