OSF Medical Supplies staff have no interest in serving their customers. I have attempted twice in the last 3-4 months to get signed up tok receive cpap supplies. Attempted twice by mail and today in person. I'm told the return envelope I received was the wrong one. I was told I just needed to come.in person to sign paperwork that would be ready. It was not. I am then told I need a new prescription. I had been going to Complete Home Respiratory and after months had not been told.i needed a new one. I was told in a condescending tone that of course you need that. I fear the quality of service after I'm set up. Avoid them if you can.

DANGEROUS PLACE FOR SURGERY! My friend had a life-threating situation at OSF. He went in for a simple knee replacement. They sent him home and he was still bleeding. He went back to ER and they discovered he had been improperly sutured. He goes home, and then develops a severe infection. He goes back to the ER - they have no idea what's wrong. He then went to a disease specialist who confirmed the infection was from a bacteria that can only be from raw pork! Not ingested but because someone in the OR did not wash their hands and scrub up before the surgery. He has to be on antibiotics now for a year! RUN AWAY FROM OSF!

SO I ened up here after a mental break down the had no place to put me 5 days later after I'm feeling 100 percent better they decide to not release me and send me to a psyc hospital .seems they don't know what there doing g .so now that I can't go home I'm going to get a lawyer. This hospital is a mess very disappointed.
