My recommendation is to never ever use this company for anything!!!! I would give them all negatives if I could! The estimate / contract should be gone over in person before you give them any money or sign anything!!! Get every detail in writing. And I mean every detail. You need to explain what stairs are apparently. They will charge you $75 just to show up. They do not bring any supplies at all to the site, and then they charge you $45 to go get them. That is in your estimate / contract. And I don't think they get them anywhere except their squirreled away location where the CUT THE WOOD. It won't be on site.
