“I normally don't post reviews, but I needed to with this one. Sassy is my go-to salon hands down and has been for years. Of course there have been instances where I couldn't get in on such short notice (totally my fault) and had to get my nails done somewhere else. I can tell you with MASSIVE confidence that Sassy's is the BEST nail salon HANDS DOWN. Not once have I walked out disappointed, and when I have, it hasn't been outta their salon! In all the nail salons I have been to over the years (and it's quite a few!) Sassy does not disappoint. Shout-out to Johnny, Bella, Theresa, and everyone else for being amazing at what you do! The prices are exceptional and you really can't find a better place for the quality you are gonna get.“

“A very intimate salon. She does an incredible job for both men and women. She gave me an awesome pedicure with a sugar scrub. Ended the service with hot towels wrapping my feet and calves. Definitely I'll go back! My wife is also a huge fan!!“

“I called looking for a new stylist/colorist. The two women at the shop totally accommodated me. They were able to get me in quickly. I couldn't remember what time my appointment was, I did get there early. Very nice shop very relaxing. Megan did my color and was knowledgeable and talked through what colors to do. My hair turned out fabulous. I am happy that I have finally after 16 months living in Pekin found a new stylist/colorist. Thank you Megan for doing a fantastic job.“

“I went here for a manicure and pedicure, and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff was very friendly and took care to ensure every single nail was shaped and painted perfectly. I can’t get over how good my nails look!
Not only that, the added details (like the massage chair in the pedicure station and the stones in the nail soak) make for a really relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be back next time I need a manicure or pedicure.“

“I absolutely love Maria. She is hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever had. Everything is always tip top clean, she has all of her licenses on the wall visible showing she’s licensed, I don’t think any nail tech I’ve been to before has that to be honest. She just did my nails for my wedding. I showed her a picture off of Pinterest and they look identical if not better. I highly recommend coming here, you will love Maria, she is very experienced and great at what she does!“

“Just moved into the area. I always hate to get a new hairdresser. But Kristin did a fantastic job listening to my desires, gave me a scalp massage, and did exactly as I asked her. I felt very secure in her knowledge of hair in general. I will be going back next time for a body perm and I already know she will do a great job!!“

“I have been with Kris since 1997. I have followed her to multiple salons and this is by far the best setup. They did a terrific job on the remodel a few years ago.
At my most recent appointment Kris did a spa scalp treatment for me. It was WONDERFUL! I highly recommend it.“

“I was unable to get into my regular stylist (who is retiring) and I found Vicky from V & E Studio online. Bless her, she was able to get me in. When I came in she was funny, sweet, and professional.But the best part is she gave me the prettiest haircut I've ever had. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair in the last 3 or 4 days since it was cut. My friends and coworkers are just raving over it, and I have to admit I look pretty cute!She was precise and took her time to find out exactly what I wanted, because I didn't know... I had seven feet of covid hair and it did not look good.One way you can tell that a haircut is really on point is: you wash & blow-dry, you comb it and it looks great with no styling - ready to go. Add a little styling, a little curling iron, a little flat iron and a bit of poofery and it's elevated to a beautiful stylish 'do.Vicky provided top notch service - I couldn't happier and I've definitely found my new salon and stylist. “Deb at the Salon is the best. She always tries to accommodate my request for a cut and color. Since we are still fairly new to the area I was delighted that she was recommended. She is now the only one who I have fix my hair. The salon is always neat and clean and the other staff are courteous as well.“
