Can't say enough good things about Jason and his crew. I've had him do work for me 3 times now and I've never been disappointed. Last year, our heat quit 3 days before Thanksgiving, but they had Billy out by the end of the day. He diagnosed a bad pressure switch that was out of stock, but found a substitute to get us heat until the replacement could come in. Our ac went out on Sunday and I made the mistake of calling a competitor that was open on the weekend, not realizing that Armstrong had an after hours on call service. I can't say enough good about Armstrong Heating and Cooling. Our furnace quit working on Sunday night - I called Monday morning and they had a tech at our house by mid-morning. The tech Billy was very friendly and professional, and I could tell he felt really bad having to tell me our 32 year old furnace needed to be replaced just a few days before Christmas. They were able to get me an estimate for an install by the end of the day, and they shuffled their work schedules to get the install done for us the very next day. John Schell was the reason I chose Armstrong. I talked to him at length and trust him. Great guy. I never saw the installation crew but they were efficient and professional, done in 4-5 days and that includes furnace, central air, replacing almost all of the ductwork, and removing all the old equipment and ductwork. I notice the difference the moment I walk in the backdoor. Probably the best contractor experience I've had in 20 years. Thanks JD Schell and son.
