no body cares about complaints,peroid,the store employees are not respectful when they are confronted even when you are respectful and professional the pick up order crew are not only rude ,they get upset when there is alot to load,they throw items in and have stated that " gotta love the lazy f$#@&_- socker moms" grey shirts direct you to the manager , the employee shopers will substitue when the item on the shelf, the employees that are not professional have foul lavatory language.. i would not recomend placing a pickup order that is more than one cart load,and do not direct complaints to the store its self the individuals who take the complaints smile,and walk away... email,or call coperate
I've spent 38 years in retail sales! If I was the manager of this Walmart I would immediately FIRE the girl who in charge of cashiers on the night of 12/22/21. While standing in the very long line trying to check out with my $200 worth of purchases! There had to have been 50 people waiting to check out. I walked up to the front and asked if they could open more check out lanes. The girl looked at over the top of her glasses and replied in a very nasty tone, that everyone knows there are only 2 cashiers after 8:30pm and there be no more lines opened! I told that I didn't have buy all this here and could go somewhere else. She replied that she didn't care and walked off. The poor guy at the checkout apologized and said there was nothing he could do. It's just ridiculous that the management would put these poor employees in this position. I will not darken the door of this place again. Shame on you Walmart, you have forgotten the people who made you the giant you have become. This person will help you no longer.
This review relates to the customer service department only. It is a common courtesy for a store to make change for its customers. This is a practice that has gone on for as far back as I can remember. Being an out-of-towner , I recently made purchases at this Walmart and got $20 over my purchase so I would have money to pay the exorbitant West Virginia tolls on my family's return trip. When I went to the customer service desk to exchange the $20 bill for quarters I was told that Walmart doesn't make change. However, I am happy to report that Kroger on Broadway does and that's where I shall take my business on future visits to Pekin!
