Doug is phenomenal at what he does! He also follows up to make sure you're doing OK and checks in regularly. I've had a reoccurring old injury that he's helped me with. Professional service at affordable price and unbeatable humanity! Thank you Doug!
Been going to Tranquil Balance for 7 years for numerous spine injuries and they have kept me healthy and mobile. They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of homeopathic treatments and utilizes all the new techniques available. Excellent and professional treatment. Thanks Doug
Between work and home,I am on the computer quite a bit. I started having neck stiffness and pain. At first, I invested in several different pillows, tried doing range of motion exercises, and bought different medicated lotions trying to fix it myself. Needless to say, that didn't work. My sister in law told me to try Tranquil Balances and she saved my neck :) On my first appointment, Doug asked me several questions regarding a typical day for me. He took the time to explain how the neck muscles and spinal column work together and the importance of keeping the muscle and spine limber. He also suggested some stretches I could do at home to counteract the results of sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time. He explained the importance of doing the stretches correctly and demonstrated how to integrate standing on a towel to keep the shoulders from moving when stretching the neck. I have been receiving massages weekly and doing simple stretches for 5 minutes in the morning and at night. My pain has decreased 75 % and my range of motion is much better. I feel that he went above and beyond to help me understand the cause of the pain and the importance of treating it. If you have "computer neck", I highly recommend going to Tranquil Balances!
