Requested an appointment to see what it would take to replace glass of the patio door. Smitty came out, gave the estimate we talked about finding out the cost from Peoria Glass And Mirror, and then he will get back with us for the cost of all of it and I put a handle on the door no calls no calls were returned. No messages were received. He never responded.

So I set up an appointment for 9am. it was rescheduled in the morning to 1:30pm. it is now 4:36pm. I tried to call and message.. I did not get a reply. So I had wasted my day when I could of been at work..Update: i was never called or messaged about why no one showed up to my appointment.

No call no show. Takes money and never will hear from him again. Did the same to me as the other one star reviews. Said he would send a check on the difference never sent then ghosted me. BBB bureau tried to get involved and he never responded.You did come over put in a faucet and one fan in. You said to order the 2 new fans and u would complete the job. You are the one lying. I have the chats in Google for all the no shows and promises if anyone wants too see them. If I'm lying why do you have so many 1 star reviews this year. This will be my last message too You.
