“Dr. Sumer has been such a blessing to my family and I. He is very professional and personable. He has helped me stay mobile and virtually pain free without medication. The staff is always kind and helpful.“
“Mary, APN is the best part of this clinic! She is very knowledgeable, takes her time with all her patients to ensure they understand their diagnosis along with the treatment plan, and she even personally follows up with her patients to ensure things are going well. Being in healthcare for over twenty years I can say she is one of the best providers I know! And grateful to have her overseeing my care.“
“Free charitable specialty clinic for uninsured and underinsured people. The best place for service to humanity. Its run by volunteer medical students and specialist in their fields.“
“My visit on 2/13/18 was actually pretty good. In general I'm not a fan of walk in care facilities because of reviews like ones on this site. In this case though I was desparate. I had two in-grown toe nails that I had put off geting taken care of for far too long (painful!). My experience was overall a good one. The check-in lady was smiling, pleasant and helpful and the nurse (m/a) was just as pleasant. The biggest check-in issue was the waiting room full of people hacking and coughing all over the place without covering their mouths! For my issue the Dr was unsure of doing 2 toes at once but ultimately said they just needed to be done and would make it happen. He did the procedure quickly and efficiently and with compassion. It took a little longer than I would have like (~1.5 hours total from arrival) but considering: 1) there was one Dr for a dozen people backed up 2) my procedure did take a little time to do properly, I can't complain.“
“I came to PTS for help with some shoulder issues. Melissa S did a great job listening to me and providing a great in office and at home rehab program. Totally recommend!“
“Had such a good experience at my visit! This was a new patient appointment and I was already nervous after having a bad experience with a previous PCP. I was relieved to find out that every person working at this office was so friendly and helpful. Ellyn was great, she listened and really cared.“
“Easy, accessible parking with onsite security. Recently renovated building is clean, has up to date furnishings and equipment. Bright colors and intuitive layout. Multiple offices in this building including an onsite pharmacy and lab. Staff are attentive and care is efficient.“
“The staff and nurses there are amazing. They make you feel comfortable and ask if you need anything. I love getting my infusions there. Such a warm and kind-hearted place.“
“This is hands-down the best hospital in Peoria. Now, just because it's the best out of the 3 hospitals overall does not mean that all the nurses and doctors are excellent. Some are better than others. And some are just downright average or terrible. I have just had consistently better overall treatment (check-in, waiting rooms, medical assistants, nurses, doctors, treatment rooms, treatment, and check-out) throughout the years at Saint Francis. They have the best cafeteria food as well and some excellent pie. Long wait times though especially in the emergency department. They are probably the busiest hospital in Peoria. If you want to get seen sooner in the ER, go to Methodist or Proctor.“
“I had my first appointment with Dr. Fisher today for a cosmetic procedure. He is knowledgeable and very professional. His office staff are so nice and welcoming. His prices are very good and they can get you scheduled super fast. Doc takes his time with patients and truly seems to care.“
