Kelly Construction converted a covered deck to a family room for us. We are very pleased with the finished room. All the crews: demolition, footings, foundation, siding, and interior work were professional and friendly. I hope I have the entire list of workers: Austin, Ian, Jerry, Mike, Craig, Dillon, Brody, and especially Don. Don handled all the inside and finishing work. He kept us informed on each step and was professional and respectful to our property. As with all projects, not everything went smoothly, but we felt the glitches were handled and in the end we are very satisfied!
Kelley installed a new microwave and a full external vent system for use and did a wonderful job. There were some complications in scheduling, but they were very quick to set things right. Todd did an amazing job, and was delightful. He went above and beyond our expectations!
