I've been carrying my dogs ashes around since 2012 . And I'm pretty sure they're not my dogs ashes ?? the dog was smaller than the dog that I just lost , and they seemed way too heavy for the dog that passed :(
Used this service 2 times. First time was fine. Second time was when it was a sham. The "remains" I received were NOT PET ASHES. They looked like something from a campfire, or garbage burn. I hope he rots in hell.
They did not cremate each pet individually, is what I learned years ago from a friend who had personal knowledge. They cremated large groups of animals at once, and whatever cremains they gave the pet parents was anyone's guess as to which deceased pet they were. I stopped going there and started going to Deiter's in Washington- excellent service and staff!
