I forgot to ask for a piano keyboard to be available for the service and all I had to do was ask, and it was put in place within about 2 minutes.The way the photos were edited and put together for a video slide show was quite amazing, given the wide range of age and quality of photos, and by the multiple sources- photos to scan, photos by email, and airdrop were edited and cropped for clarity and quality.Our sentimental items which included my moms Cardinal collection, skating metals from her national championship days, and family photos were beautifully displayed then boxed up with care for easy pick up.My mom’s appearance was beautifully done keeping her natural and she looked so peaceful. Her hospital bruises, which were extensive, were tastefully diminished which I’m sure was challenging, but well done.Working with these incredibly compassionate and professional people helped us cope during one of the most difficult times for our family, just like they did 10 years ago when we lost our dad.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.Family of Carol M.
