I took my kids and I to our appointments all at once. While one tech made my teenager comfortable enough to do the examines alone, another tech took my youngest and I together. The tech taking care of the two of us let my little one "help" with my initial examines so she wouldn't feel so nervous to do her own examines. I appreciate the patience and kindness they have for young children, especially since getting a puff of air in your eye can be really startling

The employees were very wonderful, I had my script done at Walmart,was told my insurance only covers one frame,I took that same script to bard optical on court street and they were a delight, I actually got the frames I was looking at at Walmart, and they interacted with my 2 year old that was with me at the time,it was adorable ? I received very friendly professional, respectful,and informational service 5 stars

Staff was wonderful and delightful to work with. They put a rush on my new glasses as I had broken mine and I was leaving on vacation. I works highly recommend Pekin Bard Optical!
