Well pump went out on a Sunday morning and they were here within an hour. Ended up replacing it but so grateful for their prompt response. Can’t say enough about how professional they are too.

After contacting them first thing in the morning regarding water leaking from my water heater, they had a new one installed by lunch. They answered all of my questions directly and were very efficient with the install. Highly recommend!Service: Water heater repair

Ive come to rely on Brinkmeiers for all my plumbing needs. The quality and professionalism far outweighs the customer service difficulties I once had. Overall theyve earned a solid 5 and I'd recommend their service if you want your plumbing needs done right.
I've had Brinkmeier rescue me from emergency plumbing situations on two occasions and found them to be professional and helpful. This last time however surprised me with their lack of urgency and unwillingness to respond to my situation. Their attention to my needs failed a minimum level for common courtesy. In August we requested they help stop a leaking shower. They said they would but never got back....read full review
