Did Agency here at this facility. Wonderful staff, from the D.O.N,HR, and coworkers , good team work, friendly residents. Clean facility very professional and well organized.Wonderful place to bring your love one they will be well taken care at this facility.
My Aunt was taken under the care of the Accolades Team (Paxton, IL) on July 5th in the rehab unit. Over the next 45 days, the care and attention she received during this time was exemplary. From the day she got there until the day she left, I felt complete confidence that she was getting the best care and medical support possible. The social services staff were phenomenal in getting her settled through a very efficient and organized process, and her nurses treated her like family. Everyone I encountered made everything as easy as they could for me considering I live several states away. Accolade Healthcare of Paxton Senior Living activities is the best part of the experience at PSL. Their activities staff cares deeply for the residents and creates a space where their involved in several community activities: the Easter Egg Hunt for children of families and community, trick-n-treating at Halloween .... the wonderful Christmas Dinner and program. The residents are blessed to have a wonderful staff that cares. This is our family’s second experience with Accolade and both times PSL has done a wonderful job caring for them. Thank you!
