My sister and I had both parents pass away within 6 months. It wasn’t expected. The house was in complete disarray. Our parents enjoyed collecting and antiquing. My sister and I were overwhelmed. As our parents aged, it became tougher for them to organize and take care of the house. We’d been talking with them about the need for a clean out prior to them getting sick. After they passed away, we researched auctioneers and estate sale companies. The first woman we brought in wasn’t helpful during the initial walk through. We needed the process explained and we didn’t know what question to ask. It was a short meeting leaving us feel like we hadn’t gotten anywhere and still didn’t know where to start. We found Fresh Start Clean Out Inc. and felt comfortable with them right away. They went through our house, room by room, and explained it all. They are a family-run business and they were easy to connect with as they explained the process to us. They understood that we weren’t experienced with this and needed extra guidance. They never made us feel inadequate about our lack of knowledge in this area. They made themselves accessible and even gave us tips on how to save money during this process with their company. Their family works hard! They are non-stop, efficient, reliable and trust-worthy. They are great communicators. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help organizing or assistance with an estate sale. Our was successful and their dedication and work-ethic is nothing short of impressive.

We were recommended to Fresh Start Clean Out by a friend and couldn’t be more pleased with the work Keri and Lexi did! They were very responsive and came out right away to check our place out had us scheduled. They spent the entire day cleaning top to bottom for us, inside closets, kitchen cabinets, windows, and bathrooms that were so bad after sitting for 8 years with nobody living in the home. They took a dusty, neglected home and put life and sparkle back into it for us! And best of all it smells amazing now! They truly made our life 100% smoother during the process of moving!
