I can’t say enough about how fantastic Neon Beauty Room is! Jess Ess gave me a fantastic cut—-stylish and perfectly done. Neon’s space is both relaxing and energizing; it reflects Jess and Jessica’s modern esthetic as well as their upbeat and genuinely warm personalities. And the building itself is beautiful! Such a cool concept, as all the suites are dedicated to beauty. Lots of light, very open and calming. Every Covid precaution is followed to the letter. Go to Neon Beauty Room right away!
