Patients have praised the excellent results, friendly staff, and prompt appointment times. One patient, who underwent shoulder replacement therapy, was particularly pleased with the wonderful therapy and results. The staff's personalized approach, including knowing each patient's name, has been appreciated by many. Their professionalism, encouragement, and friendly demeanor have made a significant impact on patients' experiences. Dr. Katherine Chu is an amazing physical therapist. I have been working with her for a little over four months for my knee, and the progress I have made in that time has been really impressive. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what we are working on and why it matters. I never feel rushed in my sessions, and she is very patient and encouraging.
One of the things I appreciate most is how closely she pays attention and takes note of everything. Fantastic PT experience. Justirini was exceptional - educating me on the whys and the hows. His approach to PT was a game changer for my recovery. This was the best PT experience I’ve had - and the first time I stuck with it start to finish.
