“Moving to a new house I was in desperate need of new window treatments. I started to inquire about motorized blinds and after a couple quotes from other companies I met with Mr. Tom, he isn’t just a rep for a company he happened to be the owner. I could totally tell he loves what he does, he was very knowledgeable with the different types of window treatment and gave me a few options. Ewalds pricing was very competitive so I decided to move ahead, I felt if the owner could take the time and meet with his potential clients they must really care about each and everyone of them which I wasn’t wrong. The whole process was painless and very convenient. I wanted to pay my deposit by check, Ms. Kelly came personally to pick up a check from me so I wouldn’t have to drop one off. Installation was great, the workers did a awesome job and cleaned up after like it was their home.Fast forward 6 months one of my blinds charging light wasn’t working. It would blink three times and then stop but the blind still worked fine. I contacted Ewald and told them about my issue and they sent out Mr. Josh, when Mr. Josh arrived at my house for my appointment right away he removed his shoes and placed them off to the side. He came in with a great attitude very professional and polite. He proceeded to check my blind, he informed me that since I wasn’t using the 15 channels on my remote if I’d like he can have only the ones I’m using displayed by reprogramming my remote which I agreed with. He ended up replacing my whole window motor and also gave me a idea on how I could keep the blind plugged in all the time and not have to worry about charging it. However my charging wire was a little too short so he went to his truck and came back with a wire that would work. At the end of his visit I didn’t have a bill. That right there was customer service at its finest. For a tech to come and go above and beyond to do whatever they can to help the customer without the intention of trying to make every dollar possible is why I will be looking forward to using Ewald if I ever need any more window treatment and why I will tell everyone I know about them because we definitely need more business like this. Thank you Ewald!!“

Everything was packed and ready when the movers arrived in the morning, and by evening, it was all unpacked and in place. Anne is a great team leader, and Dana has a designer's eye. They did a floor plan, placed all the furniture, organized the kitchen, and hung pictures. They go above and beyond. If they say they can do it, you can count on it getting done. 5+++ ?“

If that wasn't enough when Tom got to my new home to check it out and draw up my proposal, he couldn't have been more thorough. He arrived on time and stayed well beyond what I expected, going over everything in great detail and helped me understand the undertaking I'm embarking on. I felt in good hands almost immediately and would recommend this company to anyone looking for an architect, the level of care, detail and overall concern for my project was refreshing and I was happy to end my architect search before even looking around for others.“

“We worked with Mark to redesign our woefully out of date kitchen. Mark helped us refine our vision & incorporated the things important to us. He was also sensitive to our budget and found us the perfect backsplash tile - for less than we had planned to spend. Further, when we had a big snafu in our project, threatening our entire kitchen layout, Mark went back to the drawing board and came up with a solution that we love. We were far from a 'high end' kitchen (e.g. we have Samsung appliances and a $120 microwave). However, that didn't affect the service we received from Mark. He went above and beyond to coordinate with all of the contractors on our project so every aspect felt 'easy'. I can't wait to work with Mark again in a few years when I redo a few bathrooms in my house.“

“OMG. what a life saver. This company was doing some work for a neighbor and we had a huge emergency come up. Called Jason late on a Tuesday, he came over Wednesday, had a guy there first thing Thursday morning. Project was completed by Thursday afternoon. We are talking removal of all fixtures, tile flooring and part of flooring. Repair flooring, install new wood floors and trim and clean up. All of this done in a short amount of time at a very reasonable price. Highly reccomend this company for your next project.“
