Although a busy place, the process at Eye Specialists of Illinois moves swiftly, staff are courteous, and they listen (I overheard a patient talk about billing problems with insurance and the staff there handled it perfectly). From a professional perspective, I have Dr. I. Rudiatis as my care provider. She is kind, caring and a great listener. Not only do I receive a thorough annual exam, I receive solid suggestions on planning for next steps related to eye concerns that may happen in the near future. Everything is explained thoroughly and to my satisfaction. I'm very happy to have them on my overall health care team.
I had a wonderful experience at Eye Specialists of Illinois. My wait time was about 10-15 in the front. I was taken right back for my eye exam. Then waited while my eyes dilated in a separate waiting room. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand. I received a printed prescription and a printed sheet with my other instructions. I would recommend given their office a visit.
Only once after coming here for over 3 years, did I have an issue. & then , even that was taken care of to my satisfaction.
This time I fell, lost consciousness and had double vision in an eye.
When I called and told them what happened, they were very quick in giving me an appointment time that worked with my driver's schedule. I was very happy with the doctor's exam and his explanation of what was going on. I highly recommend this practice for opthamology matters.
