I truly had the best experience not only was the service amazing but Kim was so friendly, personable and actually took the time to listen to what I was looking for. She taught me all about the products she was using and why they were beneficial to me specifically, she was very meticulous and took her time - I didn’t feel rushed and she honestly just cared about the client and her work that she was sending out into the world for others to see. She even went outside of the service being provided and helped answer some questions about skin/acne problems I wanted to address and provided recommendations for specific products/treatments to address those concerns.
