“Just had my first appointment with William, I am very impressed. He took a collaborative and careful approach making sure he understood exactly what I was looking for. Love how it turned out, and it's clear that William has great attention to detail and takes pride in his work. I've tried several other places in the area and this is the first time my hair has looked exactly as I envisioned it.
