I love this pharmacy. The pharmacists are excellent. And it's the only nearby 24 hr pharmacy near me. I do experience long wait times sometimes in store and drive-through, but to me it's worth it. A few times the pharmacists interceded on my behalf with problems with my insurance carrier to get the scripts filled. I realize the pharmacists and techs work hard, and are mostly on their feet working their shift. I know phone lines get tied up but it's not only due to customers calling, it's insurance carriers and practioners they have contact with. For 35+ years, only had ONE rude and incompetent tech that I encountered, and looks like she is gone. The head pharmacist is a gem.

If I could give -000000000000000000 I would. This is the worst pharmacy. There is always a wait, whether in person or on the phone. They DO NOT answer the phone. I was on hold for an hour and was hung up on 5 times. They never have enough staff. I have been going to Walgreens for 20 years. I will be transferring to CVS where you can actually speak to someone and are treated with care and respect. This location needs to be shut down.

Slowest pharmacy in the world. How is it that you wait 15 minutes in your car to get someone to come to the window and get your prescription? Switching to a different location. I've had enough.
