When we built our addition 15 years ago, our contractor used Ace. They refinished the existing dining room and put in the new kitchen, family room and powder room. The floors looked great. A massive refrigerator leak left the floor needing work, Covid or not. Alex came (masked) and provided an estimate. The next week his men came (masked) removed 3 rooms full of furniture (also pulling the powder room toilet) installed new pads on everything, taped off all of the kitchen counters, cabinets and appliances (allowing access to my now repaired refrigerator) and began.
