New to the area I found this spot on google and I am happy I went with this choice. Shout out to Alexis and Miasha (I think I spelled her name right) who is so professional, friendly, straightforward and kept it real on the what can be done and what can’t be done. I say that because I came in Thursday evening dropping off an item needed for an event Saturday and Alexis was ? on if it doesn’t come in by this time it will be ready by this time. I called first on pickup date and it was ready. The manager who I spoke picking up the item was very helpful and she definitely has my business for the next time.

Tower Cleaners has done and continue to do a fantastic job on my kids ROTC uniforms and I had to have my daughter dress hemmed for a military ball the prices is very reasonable and the alterations were spot on. Also the young lady at the front desk is awesome.Thank you for excellent service.Tracy M.

I have come to this cleaners because of the new young lady, that is the manager. She used to work at Olympia Cleaners and now is here at Tower and does an amazing job AT BOTH LOCATIONS.I was in this past Saturday to pick up my clothes when two young ladies rudely came in and chose to fight a battle their mother couldn’t handle and they were completely in the wrong. The manager handled it appropriately and I will continue to come the cleaners because of the AMAZING manager and OUTSTANDING customer service.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
