I am not sure if words can truly express the level of compassion and lovingkindness Mr. Peter Jordan and Mrs. Morgan displayed to our family as we prepared to lay my mother-in-law to rest. From the moment my husband and sister-in-law met with Mr. Jordan and Mrs. Morgan, they expressed nothing but words of praise. My sister-in-law expressed how Mrs. Morgan's tone and demeanor were so comforting as they went through the pre-planning process.

I recently had the difficult task of arranging a funeral for a family member who passed away in Chicago while I live in Canada. After Googling a list of funeral homes, I shortlisted three, but my first call was to Lain-Sulivan, and I’m so glad it was.
I spoke with Mr. Peter Jordan early one morning, and his sympathy and understanding immediately put me at ease. His compassion made it clear that I didn’t need to look any further; I felt supported rather than just another transaction. Mr. Jordan took the time to explain the entire process, which was incredibly helpful during such a challenging time.
