“Never having had braids before I didn't know what to expect. I did let Mama B know this and she tried to reassure me it would be okay. I didn't expect the braids would be so extremely tight. I think she did a great job. After the 8 hour session, the braids were beautiful. I wished I could have been warned about the heaviness and tightness of the braids. After about 72 hours, I ended up taking most of them out to re-braid them. I'm sorry, as beautiful as they were I just could not take it. Re-braiding them myself, of course they did not look as beautiful but I had relief. No disrespect to Mama B, she is a very talented stylist and I don't blame her at all but I would have gotten different type of style if I had known about the tightness of box braids, lawd.?“
