“I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I will tell you the customer service of this company goes above and beyond like any company I have seen in a very long time. My experience with them I must say was stellar. Last week my freezer stopped working and I called one company who came out but was unable to service due to type of freon so he recommended Holtaus. I called emergency number that night and they were at my home the next morning. The technician was very friendly and up front with what I was facing. The current freezer was just a year old and the other appliance store from Springfield, Il was not able to service it for 2 weeks and I had a freezer full of meat that was in jeopardy. I really was up against the wall. The technician told me they had freezers in stock and after several phone calls by the technician they were able to arrange a delivery for our new freezer that afternoon. I had just gotten out of the hospital and I really didn't know how I was going to be able to transfer all the meat by myself, when they arrived with the new freezer I explained my situation and they were more than willing to help me get new freezer in position and all the meat transferred and set up ready to go. I can't express enough how much I appreciate this company, the customer service, and the prompt service I received. Would give this ten stars if I could. Highly recommend.“
