“Maertin Heating and cooling was great to work with. Our Air Conditioning went out sometime Sunday night to Monday morning. I called as they opened for the day on Monday and they had a serviceman out to our house within 20 minutes of my call. Unfortunately after he looked into troubleshooting our unit he realized it was not fit for repair, and needed to be replaced. I received a proposal with 5 options an hour later and we made our selection and they were able to get us a new unit for the next day ( Thankfully! These were 2 of the hottest days of summer). On Tuesday I received a call about 7:40am letting me know Alec was on his way. When he arrived, he introduced himself and asked where his access points to the unit were so he could start. He was extremely professional. He came to me anytime to make me aware of any issues he was having and explained how he was going to fix them. Alec’s work inside and out was impressive (and much neater than the previous work). Once he had the unit up and running he let me know to close the windows and gave me all my paperwork for our new unit. He cleaned up any kind of debris he had from the installation and left both inside and out looking better then when he came and double checked our gate so that once he was gone our dogs would not get out.

“Had a 30 year old cast iron boiler system with some cold radiators. It could've been repaired with some new parts, but we decided to go with a brand new high efficiency boiler replacement instead since it's already 30 years old. Ray was quite responsive and easy to communicate with.He gave us a reasonable quote and was able to start working just 2 days later. There was a small hiccup with the boiler being a bit too big for our house so they decided to go with a smaller more appropriately sized unit instead.Marco did most of the boiler install and was easy to work with when we had questions or concerns. There was a small water leak as well as a small gas leak that we noticed, but it was something he easily fixed. As with any installation from any contractor, check it out yourself for any issues like that.Overall, if you want a reasonable quote, quick to start installs, and easy communication, I would recommend them for your heating installs.Service: Heating system installation“
