Absolutely wonderful experience!! My St Bernard is a rescue and can be very fearful of new places and strangers. She was so happy both at drop off and pick up!! Andrea is amazing!!
My two dogs come in for grooming for long time. Is best place in all Illinois. Atmosphere highest class,toched by Europen style.Very clean. Andrea knows perfect her job and does that very quickly and well.. One of my dogs are large size dog. She groomes him last than in a hour. It's very big deal for any dog!!! Before, I found this place, another groomers kept him for 4 hours???!!! Very sad.

I have been a client of a touch of class for the last 16 years, but that includes two dogs that I have had. Shirley, who was the former owner was an amazing person. I was so happy that I had my David groomed by her. I was sad to hear when Shirley was retiring, but I was so glad to hear when Andrea took over the business.
Max is now four years old and the first time we groomed him was in late 2020.
Andrea keeps giving Max the traditional miniature poodle cut and he looks fantastic and very fluffed out every time and every appointment.
