“We hired Dudek Exteriors to replace a couple of Pella windows based on my neighbors recommendation. One was a bay window that could not be opened and another one had rotted out on the bottom.

He explained everything upfront: The timeframe for getting the windows ordered, how long installation would take, whether we wanted the interior frame to be white or keep it as wood since the existing windows were wood. He mentioned that wood does cost more and the fact that you can get a close, but not a perfect match to the existing windows.

He was always prompt and kept us updated as to when the windows should be coming in, when the windows did come in, and a date/time to do the installation.

I am going to have him replacing one of the entry doors to the garage that has rotted out on the bottom and gets stuck.

Update: New door installed! I uploaded a couple pictures of the old door and the new door!

OLD DOOR: The threshold on the old door was rotted and rusted out. You can also see the doorframe had a decent sized gap between the doorknob striker and strike plate. The frame was no longer square either and the door was hard to open and close.

NEW DOOR: New frame, new door, new threshold, and the door swings inward instead. It seals well and it is smooth opening and closing!“

“Was really happy with the work from US Exteriors. They installed new insulation and siding. Even installed some new spotlights for me! The 2 guys that did the installation and the owner, Conrad, were all very attentive to any concerns I had and addressed them promptly. They gave attention to detail and were neat. They also put back/installed the details from the outside lights, mailbox, hooks for a swing and hooks for a clothesline. Would recommend them to anyone for a siding project.“

“I had a very positive experience with Energy Savers. I was initially skeptical because there were promises and deadlines that sounded like they would be very difficult to meet. I had the entire house sided and several windows installed. Despite my concerns, everything was done very well. I know a fair bit about construction, but I have significant vision issues. Nevertheless, I had it inspected by a trusted friend who is a retired builder, and he said the workmanship was of high quality. The siding was uniformly installed with no waves along the long walls. The windows were capped and sealed with a consistency. The installers worked at a swift pace, but did maintained an attention to detail. Throughout the process, the workers were respectful and courteous, and Bill, the owner, was on-site to monitor progress and address any issues, not that there were any of great concern. The entire process was completed in three days. There were several workers going for almost 12 hours each day. The site was left clean, both inside and outside. Additionally, Bill made a couple of good suggestions regarding how the soffits meet/feed into the siding. The suggestions were great because it preserved some of the character/charm of the original appearance of the house. There was one issue with how some HVAC lines were reattached, and it was fixed immediately. As for value, I think you get what you pay for. Although the price was competitive, it was not the cheapest. With that said, overall, this was a positive experience, and I would recommend Energy Savers for siding and windows. Tom“
