“Wow, really impressed. I popped in to see if they did alterations to fix a small tear on my jacket. She took it immediately and put in a temporary patch so I can have my jacket for the weekend. She told me this was only a temporary fix that she didn't charge for and advised me to bring it back to be fixed correctly. “By far one of the fairest and most professional cleaners I've been to. I have had some alterations done there and when told it would be done after 3 or 4 days minimum, I got a call saying it was done. I was thrilled because I really needed the items for a business trip. “Since 1996, have taken clothing to this dry cleaner and more recently, utilized seamstress service. Couple of pants altered without complaint --cost or quality. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. As with everything, it's not perfect. In those couple of instances, it was inconvenient but the issues were resolved to satisfaction @no additional cost.
