“I have been using A-Guy Heating and Air for a while now. They have been maintaining my old equipment, that was original to the house. I recently had both residences equipped with a heat pump system. The installation team was efficient and completed the job to my satisfaction and then some. There was a need for custom ductwork which they did, compared to the old installation. “We needed a heater leak repair solved, and Chris soon detected the source of the problem. He then explained what needed to be done and began the repair after going to get the part replaced. He was respectful coming in and out of the house by using foot covers and completed the work very well.
I would definitely recommend Chris and use the company again when needed! They were professional, honest, on time, returned phone calls and worked with us to meet our needs.

“I noticed this review was over 6 years ago and I still stand by it. Great prompt and friendly service. R&R was recommended to me by a Nieghbor over 20 years ago. He serviced my old HVAC then he installed my new HVAC. He has serviced my daughters and has installed her new furnace and AC. Rich is very knowledgeable and recommends only what you NEED. “I called on Monday with a screeching sound coming from my air conditioner. The scheduler in the office said that they were completely booked that day but could come out on Tuesday. Wayne called me on the phone on Monday and tried to give me some suggestions. Soon after a cancellation occurred and the scheduler called to let me know. Wayne and Gary showed up at 2:00 Monday afternoon and had the air conditioner fixed by 3:45 despite having to drive 1 hour to get the replacement fan motor.“

“My mini split was not working I called at like 4:45 pm, my call was picked up was told I would have someone at the house between 8-10 am following day. I was like you don’t know the address, she had it based on prior service call. With the heatwave I did not expect next service or that kind of retention information held. They also install really high quality water tanks. A lot of the tanks you get at other places are cheap and small warranty period.“
