Really can't rate on much at this time, currently communicating by email to set up Bid on PTAC unit. Email response has been in a timely manner. Will be happy to update here after that

Eric at Crawford County Heating and Air is very considerate and professional. He make an emergency call on a weekend to help me when I wasnt getting hot water. He diagnosed the problem. When further action was needed he came back the next day and had his assistant replace my heater. They do a great job!Thank you
