I came in for some essentials such as tampons, wipes, toothpaste, etc around 1:30-2PM. The aisles were extremely cramped, the selection was terrible, and even the tampons were $2 more than normal. Half of the store was blocked off for online order racks, as well as most of the aisles blocked by stocking & online order carts. I left empty handed because I couldn't find half the items I was looking for. At this point just close the store to the public and make it online-order only, because being inside that store was miserable.

I'm giving this Walmart 1 star because I can't give it a zero! I went back because I taught I misplaced an item I bought . I guess it was the manager I talked too? He didn't identify himself. I showed him the receipt to show proof I bought the item, by the way I spent 130 dollars that day . The item in Question was 9 bucks he told me there was nothing he could do , that wasn't the problem it's the way he responded talked to me like I was a criminal or a scammer . This was a Monday after Veterans day weekend I'm saying this because I'm a VET who served in Iraq also I'm a first responder. When I told him I'm never shopping at Walmart anymore his response was negative like letting me know he didn't care if I shopped at Walmart again. I believe that is the worst kind of customer service!!!!! By the way I have misplaced some items a couple of times when I shopped at TARGET and when I went back with proof they had no issue replacing those items. I hope Walmart will do the right thing correct this issue!!! Because it's vets like me who protect the freedoms of this country that is why Walmart is able to be prosperous !!!!!! Hooah !!!!!!!

Stopped in with 2 hours until close. No help for 10 mins. They wouldn't swap out my car battery. Understaffed. Blame poor management. 3 other customers turned down in the time I was there
