There's not many places left where the music is the focal point of the club. Nice to have a great music club/restaurant to be able to visit out in the burbs, without venturing into the city or paying a cover charge! Hope this place continues down the path for many years to come.

Mac's is a music lover's haven in the NW 'burbs. Highly recommended. And best of all no cover! It's like Cheers, where everybody knows your name. They book top bands there, especially blues. What a treat to not have to travel to the city to see acts like Lil' Ed, Dave Weld & The Imperial Flames, Pistol Pete, Tom Holland, Rockin' Johnny, Charlie Love & Jeff Stone, Joseph Morganfield and many other real deal blues greats!
