Have the manager on site at the time of roof installation as the crew may not be fluent in English, 2. Recommend wider gutters for a home of my size because of potential clogging, 3. Take on other job functions such as any bad wood replacement as a result of possible covered damage such as hail even though it is a little hard to prove. 4.
