He has provided private Pilates lessons for me with introducing me to Pilates as I have never done. I am gaining strength after two weeks of consistency with him and advancing quicker than I ever thought. I wanted a place that was small and very intimate to focus strictly on form and adapt to what my needs were post surgery. I highly recommend him for recovery or trying to get back into shape without injuring yourself. I will continue to utilize him and the facility as I LOVE it!“

The instructor incorporates bands, balls and other equipment into the class so I feel I am using different muscles every week. I definitely would recommend this class to anyone interested in Pilates.“

I've been here about 15 times via ClassPass and was always treated with kindness and respect. The class size is small (~12?) and the teachers are very motivating. All teachers equally assists students who need help and take the time out to learn your name. The classes are hard. I would first describe it as slow torture, lol. However, it is very effective. The class is 50 mins long and you don't even realize time is passing by. The room is kept dark/dim, the music is loud and the class is very fast-paced (active listening is a must!). I love this type of gym, but I understand it may not be for everyone. They have a lot of classes throughout the day which works well for my flexible work schedule and as a working mom. There is ample parking and the studio is clean. What are you waiting for? Me? I'm still afraid to commit to a monthly plan, but maybe one day.“

High quality supplements, nutritional advice, yoga, meditation, body work- they have it all! Mia is amazing and most recently helped me with my pregnancy (specifically things to help my body make the transition before and after birth). Her advice has been paramount and has helped me understand nutrition and how to stay young and healthy. Most importantly, her advice works and gets results. I highly recommend in general, but specifically for anyone who has a health issue and wants to try naturopathic and wellness to improve overall health.“
