We had a raccoon in our attic. Yes we were both freaking out as we had never had to deal with an unwanted animal living in our home. Steve responded quickly,setting a trap outside on the ground.He explained to us that this time of year was when raccoons could be producing babies.He asked us to be patient,& we were.Two days after setting the trap ,we are now hearing the sounds of babies from above along with the scratching sounds that became all too normal.Patience paid off when I awoke one day to find we had caught the mother raccoon.Steve came in to our house ,up into the attic& came down with 4 babies.He was a true professional,knew his “stuff”, we are so grateful.He...read full review
